Sales Director Opportunity at Grimm Artisanal Ales

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Grimm Artisanal Ales. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the sale of our products beyond the brewery walls, mastering the diverse elements of the wholesale arm of our operation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with our distributors and important retail clients to optimize ongoing relationships.
  • Track sales trends to accurately assess production throughput of our core beers.
  • Drive competitiveness and proactively make sales to deliver consistent wins to ourselves and our business partners.
  • Develop and maintain close working relationships with our wholesale partners and important retail accounts.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in beer sales.
  • Full competence with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong knowledge of the beer industry, including contemporary brands and historical inspirations.
