Business Analyst

ArcelorMittal is seeking a highly skilled IT Business Analyst to join our Digital & IT CMO department. As an IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the non-prime sales business and processes, working closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver digital services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Support the business in defining their needs for evolution of IT systems, including small evolutions and projects.
- Manage information systems, writing specifications, coordinating projects with business stakeholders and other teams involved, and ensuring roll out.
- Support the IT delivery team on functional perimeter.
- Contribute to solution design and architecture of the application.
- Contribute to test and validate deliverables of the development team, including code reviews and pull requests.
- Provide necessary support to users through the User Support organization.
- Master's degree in IT or a related technical field.
- Proactive, innovative, curious, and bold, with a willingness to understand, challenge, and support business needs.
- Strong knowledge of information systems and integration, including Web, APIs, and mobile.
- Structured and organized, with good time management skills.
- Good communication, assertiveness, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under stress with several challenges in parallel.
- Ability to understand and adapt to a complex and changing environment.
- Team player, stakeholder/customer-oriented.
- Ability to work with extended teams located in various sites in Europe and in offshore context.
- English: Advanced/French is a plus.
- Previous experience working on projects is a plus.
