Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to enhance our Neo Expense team. Neo Expense stands out in the Travel & Expense sector by delivering exceptional configurability alongside a premier user experience. The unique position of Neo in the market, combined with cutting-edge technology, creates an exciting opportunity for innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the authority on your products, integrating market research, user insights, and technical knowledge to shape the product vision and strategy.
- Develop and articulate a clear vision and roadmap for your product line.
- Establish priorities and define specifications, collaborating with design and engineering teams to create, launch, assess, and refine new features.
- Coordinate product launches with customer success and marketing teams to implement effective go-to-market strategies.
- Work closely with analytics to evaluate and enhance the performance of your products.
- Take ownership of business results and ensure targets are met by innovating and enhancing the product experiences you oversee.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to deliver products that resonate with customers.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Familiarity with platform ecosystems.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of simplifying and presenting complex concepts clearly.
- Technical and analytical mindset, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with the scientific method; adept at formulating testable hypotheses based on qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with the ability to execute effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent influencing skills, with experience in a large matrix organization.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and UX practices, with over 5 years in a direct product management role.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
