We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Reinsurance Strategist to join our team at AXA Group. As a key member of our Ceded Reinsurance team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing reinsurance strategies that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of reinsurance markets, trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement reinsurance strategies that optimize risk management and capital allocation.
- Conduct actuarial and analytical studies to assess the effectiveness of reinsurance programs and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with reinsurers, brokers, and other stakeholders to negotiate and execute reinsurance contracts.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to business leaders on reinsurance-related matters.
- Advanced degree in Insurance, Actuarial Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in reinsurance, with a strong understanding of reinsurance markets, products, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful reinsurance strategies.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
