About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Sales Manager to join our team at Procter & Gamble. As a key member of our Sales Force, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and market share for our iconic brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and retailers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions to drive business growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales or a related field, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
