Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join our European team, based in Stockholm, Sweden, or Copenhagen, Denmark. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our existing customer base and developing new markets and accounts in the Nordic region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with current and prospective customers to grow sales and win new opportunities using Allegro's existing sales channels.
  • Create new business opportunities for Allegro's existing products in the automotive and industrial market, focusing on complex motor drivers, analogue and digital magnetic sensors, and voltage regulators.
  • Identify and close new opportunities, understanding customer key contacts and strategy, and developing relationships with decision makers.
  • Handle complex business situations in a global and challenging technical environment, responding to inquiries, facilitating price quotes, and negotiating agreements.
  • Identify new accounts and markets in the territory, assessing market needs to introduce new product offerings.
  • Work closely with Management to develop and implement strategic sales plans, generating executive summary reports, and providing timely feedback from the market.

Requirements

  • BSEE or MSEE Electronic Engineering (or similar) and a minimum of 5 years related technical sales and customer management experience with a proven track record.
  • Language requirements: In addition to native language, English (oral and written) is a must.
  • Solid sales experience with mixed Analog and Digital integrated semiconductors for power management, power interface, brushless DC motors, and sensor devices.
  • Excellent team capabilities to operate synergistically within a global Allegro network of Engineering, Sales, and Marketing professionals.
  • Dynamic and outgoing personality, strong relationship builder, and a strong personal desire to achieve goals.
  • Strong interpersonal, and communication skills, ability to multi-task, and work cross-functionally.
  • Good organizational skills, willingness to travel (3-4 days a week).
