We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Director to join our team at Regeneron. As a key member of our Global Corporate Compliance Operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting business operations and leading compliance-related activities in France, with the potential to provide ad hoc support to other European markets if needed.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and refine compliance policies that integrate appropriate healthcare, corporate, and other compliance controls to guide Regeneron's French operations.
- Design and deliver comprehensive compliance training programs for employees and third parties, ensuring a deep understanding of compliance principles and industry codes.
- Provide proactive risk management and compliance support, collaborating with business leaders to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Provide timely and comprehensive compliance-related advice and oversight on new and existing initiatives, including interactions with the Healthcare Community, ensuring alignment with Regeneron's policies.
- Stay informed of emerging industry trends to proactively handle and mitigate compliance risks.
- Collaborate closely with the compliance monitoring team to conduct internal reviews, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with local industry codes and addressing potential risks optimally.
To be considered for this role, you must have a deep understanding of European compliance laws, regulations, and industry codes of practice governing the biopharmaceutical industry. At least 7+ years of experience in health compliance roles within the pharmaceutical industry is required. You must be a Collaborative Leader with a high degree of teamwork, able to interact with cross-functional teams and work independently. A creative problem-solver, you must be comfortable making strong decisions and designing creative solutions to support the development of strategies and implementing solutions swiftly.
