Job Overview

  1. Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive B2B sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Building: Identify and engage with potential clients, building strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the blockchain industry.
  3. Team Management and Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  4. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and actionable insights to the executive team.
  5. Market Analysis and Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements

  1. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the blockchain or Crypto industry.
  2. Skills: Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications, exceptional negotiation and communication skills, and a proven ability to close deals.
  3. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  4. Language: Fluency in English is required; other languages are an added value.
  5. Location: The role is based in Paris, with the possibility of working across Europe and traveling to Paris at least once a month.
