Role and Responsibilities

As the link between the General Sales Manager and the sales team, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the external sales team for which you are responsible. You will work with the Sales Director to set targets and ensure reporting for your area. You will manage the regional sales managers for the North of France, thereby contributing to the development of sales. You will analyse customer data and support the External Sales Advisors in their customer contacts to develop personalized action plans and ensure that everyone achieves their targets. You will facilitate change by preparing the teams for the integration of new product ranges. This position requires daily travel, including overnight trips.

Requirements

  • As a hands-on professional, you'll have a proven track record in sales and significant management experience.
  • You're looking for a challenge in a growing company where the customer is at the heart of the strategy.
  • Ideally, you will have a background in the spare parts industry.
  • You are comfortable communicating in English and taking part in working meetings within the TVH group.
