As a key member of the TANGRAM team, you will play a crucial role in managing the administrative and financial operations of the center. Reporting to the Deputy Director of TANGRAM, your primary objective will be to oversee the accounting, financial, and administrative aspects while ensuring coordination between the TANGRAM team, headquarters, and various external service providers on these subjects.
Responsibilities- Financial Management: Develop, implement, and monitor financial processes and budgets, prepare and track financial projections, client billing, reporting to the parent company, manage administrative processes, expense tracking, tax compliance in collaboration with the accounting firm.
- Accounting: Oversee general, client, and supplier accounting, ensure compliance with accounting standards, monthly and annual closures, implement and monitor the process of recharging costs to the parent company.
- Planning: Support the Operations team in planning and coordinating events.
- Personnel Administration: Collaborate with the parent company's HR for staff management, mobility, workforce tracking, ensure compliance with labor laws, time management, relations with social organizations, prepare regulatory documents related to staff management, maintain administrative records, manage travel and expense reports.
- Purchasing Support: Monitor purchases, participate in contract establishment and monitoring, ensure the terms of contracts are met, supplier relationship management, measure business unit satisfaction.
- Proven experience in finance, accounting, or related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills, project management, problem-solving ability, with the capacity to handle multiple issues simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively with agility, engaging with various internal and external stakeholders and driving projects forward.
- Attention to detail, rigor, customer service orientation.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent command of English.
- Sensitivity to the challenges of training and innovation.
