Job Summary:
Airbus Helicopters is seeking a skilled Logistic Export Control Specialist to join our Material Support and Logistics department based in Marignane, France. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with export control regulations and rules, improving process and logistic data quality to avoid customs blockages, and supporting business teams to maintain the requested level of performance and compliance.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that export control rules are fully applied for French flow in Material Support organization, covering tangible and intangible topics.
- Guarantee that export control rules are fully applied locally and alert when necessary to avoid compliance issues.
- Work closely with German counterparts to ensure harmonization and support business teams on export control basics and classification rules.
- Implement necessary export control rules and data classification inside the organization, monitor mandatory classifications, and perform data correction on demand to avoid custom blockages.
Your Profile:
- Strong communication and team spirit skills.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with various stakeholders, including export control, technical raters, procurement, front office, and warehouse teams.
- Experience in logistics, export control, and customs is a plus.
