Centre People, a fast-growing sanitary product manufacturer in Paris, is seeking a Sales Manager/Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of B2B sales experience in the sanitary-related industry and a native level of French and business level of English.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and pursue leads of large projects through architects, engineers, and general contractors.
- Learn customer specifications and needs to recommend company products within specifications.
- Build relationships with retailers, architects, engineers, and general contractors.
- Visit important distributors, retailers, and showrooms weekly to enhance retailer showroom selling personnel.
- Analyze figures to understand market needs and the current state.
- Learn company products and architectural knowledge to convey value to distributors and retailers.
- Demonstrate company products to showcase special features and quality enhancements.
- Hold training and workshops for company products.
- Increase brand awareness and sales volume through effective education and training.
- Prepare and issue quotes on projects based on company pricing policy.
- Coordinate and support regional trade shows.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or Management.
- Native level of French and fluent in English.
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience in the sanitary-related industry.
