About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Mace. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the planning and execution of construction projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and cost estimates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans
- Monitor and report on project progress, and provide recommendations for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
Requirements
- Relevant degree in construction, civil engineering, or a related field
- Professional certification in project management (e.g. APM, PMI)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on construction
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
