About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in North France. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing the planning and delivery of large-scale construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of projects.
  • Apply project control standards and expectations to support the preparation, production, and maintenance of integrated and logic-linked schedules.
  • Load cost and resource estimates within the schedule and produce project reports.
  • Collaborate with the senior planning manager to develop an overall integrated plan and budget for the project.
  • Establish effective and fully transparent reporting and controls across the project.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing small packages/areas of work and managing an area/package from start to finish onsite.
  • Knowledge of construction methodology and processes, with particular focus on relevant structural/facade/fit out disciplines.
  • Knowledge of method statement processes and relevant digital platforms.
  • Basic understanding of programmes, critical paths, and commissioning strategy.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical engineering & plumbing (MEP).
  • Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) accreditation or equivalent.
