We specialize in a wide range of services, including plumbing, roofing, electrical work, and building renovation. Our expertise encompasses both new construction projects and ongoing maintenance.
Your Role: Project Coordinator
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the successful execution of our projects. You will be responsible for managing one or multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring seamless coordination, adherence to industry standards, and compliance with safety protocols.
- Project Oversight: Manage all aspects of assigned projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Procurement & Logistics: Identify and procure necessary materials and equipment, manage site supplies, coordinate subcontractor activities, and oversee invoicing processes.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Team Management: Coordinate resources effectively, assist in personnel management, and ensure adherence to disciplinary and contractual guidelines.
- Safety & Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure work environment for all team members. Promote sustainable practices and contribute to the company's commitment to environmental responsibility.
