Job Description
As an integral part of our after-sales service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your primary responsibility will be to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on a diverse range of elevator systems across the Valenciennes area. This ensures the safety, performance, and reliability of our equipment.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough preventive maintenance operations, including inspections, adjustments, and cleanings.
- Diagnose and repair elevator breakdowns, replacing small components as needed.
- Manage your schedule autonomously, adhering to maintenance contracts (3-month view) and responding to emergency interventions promptly.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, prioritizing the safety of installations and your work environment.
- Adhere strictly to safety standards during all interventions.
- Participate in an on-call system for emergency interventions, with approximately 10 to 12 shifts per year.
Benefits & Working Conditions
- Full-time contract (36 hours per week), Monday to Friday (daytime work).
- Overtime pay and 7 RTT days per year.
- 13-month salary.
- Itinerant position, primarily within the Valenciennes area (no overnight stays).
- On-call duty every 6 weeks (flat-rate financial compensation for each on-call period + additional remuneration for interventions performed, including travel).
- Comprehensive professional training provided by the company (16 weeks), suitable for all experience levels, followed by a mentoring period.

Profile Requirements
- Degree or training in electrotechnics and/or electromechanics, with an interest in technical fields.
- No specific certification required; training provided.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong communication skills, customer service orientation, punctuality, accuracy, organizational skills, and teamwork abilities.
