We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Product Specialist to join our Credit and Risk Solutions commercial Team. As a key member of this dynamic team, you will play a critical role in helping Sales Specialists monetize and leverage our credit capabilities.

The Team:

You will be part of a focused and dynamic team that has experienced significant growth and product development in recent years. Our Credit Product Specialists are responsible for providing expertise and credibility to the sales and retention process, working closely with Sales Specialists and Product Managers to diagnose, distill, design, and deliver credit workflow solutions.

The Impact:

The Credit Product Specialist role is critical to the success of our business. In an increasingly complex and competitive environment, credit products cannot be sold without the expertise of our Credit Product Specialists. You will be responsible for establishing relationships with Sales Specialists and Product Managers, aligning with commercial and product strategy, and executing high-level pre-sales and post-sales implementation plans.

Responsibilities:
  1. Establish relationships with Sales Specialists and Product Managers to help diagnose, distill, design, and deliver credit workflow solutions.
  2. Align with commercial and product strategy for credit products and execute high-level pre-sales and post-sales implementation plans.
  3. Serve as a credit product matter expert across functional groups.
  4. Demonstrate excellence across our credit capabilities.
  5. Help clients establish robust frameworks for integrating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors into their credit assessment frameworks.
  6. Develop campaigns and initiatives for driving revenue growth for segment-specific sales and assist in client retention work around credit products.
  7. Stay well-connected to strategic credit customers in the market.
  8. Collaborate internally to help design and deliver credit training on appropriate products.
  9. Undertake thought-leadership pieces, speakerships at relevant conferences, and credit webinars.
  10. Possess keen awareness of competitors and relative strengths.
  11. Conduct Proof of Concepts, assist in RFPs, and test cases for regulatory requirements such as IFRS9.
Requirements:
  1. Strong grasp of credit risk management.
  2. In-depth understanding of complex client credit risk workflows across multiple segments.
  3. Ability to interact confidently with the team, prospects, and clients, as well as cross-functional teams within the organization.
  4. Ability to solve complex problems and adopt a new perspective using expert judgment.
  5. Possession of exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed and a positive outlook.
  7. Ability to work well under pressure and to multi-task.
  8. 5+ years of relevant industry experience in credit and risk management.
  9. Strong Excel skills and credit modeling capabilities.
  10. Fluency in German is essential.
