About the Role

The Senior Print Production Manager will be responsible for managing the production of high-level spend and strategic projects, ensuring the highest satisfaction of Indicia Worldwide's clients.

This role requires a strong industry background, with 5+ years of print/POS production management experience. Relevant project management experience will be considered positively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage production projects and face directly with final clients, requiring clear and effective communication skills at all levels.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client and internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver marketing materials on time and to specifications, adhering to SLAs and contractual agreements.
  • Provide technical input and advice on print projects as needed.
  • Take comprehensive briefs from clients and manage projects from inception to completion.
  • Create detailed specifications for internal and external clients.
  • Work as a team to meet contractual obligations, prepare presentations, and complete account administration and reporting.
  • Negotiate costings and timescales for each job and select the most appropriate supplier.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
  • Strong industry background and 5+ years of print/POS production management experience.
  • Relevant project management experience will be considered positively.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize effectively.
  • Collaborative spirit and ability to balance the needs of both parties to achieve successful project outcomes.
