Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the project planner for all "Direct-On-Line" initiatives, including motors associated with variable speed drive systems.
  • Serve as the scheduler for internal operations, encompassing engineering, procurement, manufacturing, testing, and logistics.
  • Coordinate energy efficiency projects within the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise and execute energy-saving initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to pinpoint opportunities for energy optimization.
  • Monitor and assess energy consumption and performance indicators.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with suppliers and vendors to guarantee timely execution of energy-related projects.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and regulations pertaining to energy management.

Experience Requirements:

  • Proficient in project planning utilizing:

Primavera P6 and

Microsoft Project

Master scheduling of the production facility, employing SAP as the primary ERP system.

Commercial / Sales

Engineering

Procurement

Manufacturing

Testing

Logistics

Local Project Managers
