The Role: IT Operations Director
The Performance and Digital Technology Department (DPTD) is responsible for defining and implementing the IT and digital policy of Orano. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Operations Director to lead our team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, organize, plan, and control all department activities within the DPTD.
- Serve as an active member of the executive committee, contributing to strategic decision-making.
- Define clear objectives and strategies for the IT Operations team, ensuring alignment with Orano's overall business goals.
- Manage departmental finances effectively, adhering to budget procedures and maximizing resource allocation.
- Continuously analyze processes and propose solutions to enhance department productivity and customer satisfaction.
Strategic Leadership:
- Contribute significantly to the development and execution of Orano's IT strategy, including infrastructure transformations and IT Operations management.
- Oversee Quality of Service (QoS) management, ensuring its effective implementation and monitoring by our strategic supplier, SI-nerGIE.
- Define a robust organizational structure focused on service quality and continuity to ensure seamless operation control.
- Supervise all IT production activities, encompassing supervision, maintenance, and infrastructure projects.
- Ensure that the infrastructure transformation strategy aligns seamlessly with the department's overall objectives.
Quality and Security Assurance:
- Implement and maintain rigorous quality and security procedures, ensuring compliance within the demanding nuclear environment.
- Communicate department activities transparently to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
Supplier Relationships:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key strategic suppliers.
- Effectively manage these relationships, ensuring optimal performance and collaboration.
