Are you a sales enthusiast looking for a new challenge? We're seeking a talented Marketing and Sales Consultant to join our team at Cross Border Talents in Barcelona.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Sales Growth: Promote and sell our services to potential customers, creating new opportunities and building strong relationships.
  • Manage Customer Database: Create, update, and manage a comprehensive customer database with detailed information.
  • Expand Customer Base: Build and consolidate relationships with existing customers, while expanding our customer base.
  • Record and Analyze: Document outbound call history and customer responses accurately, and monitor competitors' products and services.
  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure follow-up to deliver exceptional service.
Requirements:
  • Fluent French: C1-level proficiency in French.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal business communication skills in English.
  • Sales Experience: Previous sales experience and experience with CRM systems.
  • Goal-Oriented: Comfortable in a goal-driven environment and achieving targets with a broader team.
  • Independent and Team Player: Ability to work independently while thriving in a team setting.
  • Business Acumen: Capable of evaluating multiple business models and developing effective strategies.
  • Customer-Focused: Driven to provide exemplary customer experiences.
What We Offer:
  • Full-Time Position: 39 hours per week.
  • Attractive Salary: Starting from €22,950 gross/year, plus up to €4,050 gross/year in performance bonuses.
