ERP Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ERP Software Solutions Project Manager to lead ERP projects for infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead ERP projects with a focus on scope, budget, planning, risk management, and action plans. Ensure projects meet business needs and are completed on time and within budget.
  • System Integration & Migration: Coordinate system deliveries and deployments, working closely with customers and integrating with other IT systems.
  • Training & Change Management: Manage training programs for users to ensure readiness for new business processes and roles.
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance: Safeguard the software solution per company Information Protection Policies and Standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including senior leadership, regional leaders, and worldwide suppliers.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on project progress, including maintaining the "Program Management Journal" (PMJ) and dashboards.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and support team members, ensuring smooth collaboration and successful execution of projects.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years as a Project Manager, managing multiple interrelated projects for medium to large industries.
  • ERP Expertise: In-depth knowledge of ERP or EAM solutions like SAP, Oracle, MAXIMO, and significant experience with IFS solution implementations.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, including risk mitigation, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement. Must be fluent in English, with proficiency in French or Arabic being a plus.
  • Certifications: Voluntary IT certifications (e.g., PMI, CompTIA) are advantageous.
