The company helps partners internationalize, acquire, innovate, and expand their products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Collect necessary elements for establishing the NAV (legal documentation, accounting elements, etc.).
Monitor investment vehicle activity, including participation in semi-annual valuations and legal aspects.
Calculate and analyze financial performance (IRR, multiple, ratios, risks, exit scenarios, etc.).
Perform cross-functional tasks within the Middle Office: monitoring taxation, recharges, IFRS & US GAAP accounts, and investment performance.
Ensure first-level controls on internal procedures.
Communicate with auditors during quarterly and annual reviews.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience.
Fluent in French and English.
Accounting or business school background, with experience in a similar role within a Private Equity firm, management company, or financial audit experience.
Strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and team spirit, with autonomy and versatility.
