- Oversee kitchen inventory management
- Receive and verify incoming raw materials against purchase orders
- Unpack and organize supplies
- Manage stock storage and implement rotation practices
- Document and maintain traceability records
- Distribute production tasks for satellite kitchens
- Procure food supplies and cleaning materials
- Engage in meal preparation activities
- Execute fundamental tasks for meal assembly
- Plate culinary creations in accordance with regulations
- Serve and distribute meals
- Sanitize and maintain cleanliness of facilities and equipment
Qualifications:
- Possess a CAP in culinary arts or equivalent experience

Position Details:
The institution accommodates 918 students, including 800 half-boarders (with boarders included).
The work schedule encompasses both academic periods and holidays (availability for on-call shifts).
Indicative Working Hours:
- Monday / Tuesday / Wednesday / Friday: 6:30 AM - 10:30 AM / 11:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Thursday: 6:30 AM - 1:30 PM / 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM
