Business Process Manager for Sales

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Relationship Manager for Sales to join our team at Hitachi Vantara Corporation. This role will be responsible for defining and owning the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process from a technical perspective, including customer EDI, at the global and enterprise level.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with business E2E process owners and functional departments to implement standard O2C processes.
- Work closely with E2E process owners, sales leaders, and major stakeholders to ensure process definition is aligned with the enterprise vision.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, regulatory guidelines, and internal controls for concerned countries.
- Act as an expert and focal point for the development and enhancement of the O2C solution.
- Strong understanding of O2C processes and EDI.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in process design and implementation.
