Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Relationship Manager for Sales to join our team at Hitachi Vantara Corporation. This role will be responsible for defining and owning the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process from a technical perspective, including customer EDI, at the global and enterprise level.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with business E2E process owners and functional departments to implement standard O2C processes.
  2. Work closely with E2E process owners, sales leaders, and major stakeholders to ensure process definition is aligned with the enterprise vision.
  3. Ensure compliance with corporate policies, regulatory guidelines, and internal controls for concerned countries.
  4. Act as an expert and focal point for the development and enhancement of the O2C solution.
Requirements
  1. Strong understanding of O2C processes and EDI.
  2. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  4. Proficiency in process design and implementation.
