Our Corporate Development team is dedicated to driving strategic growth and innovation within Equativ. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and executing projects that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective tracking of milestones and deadlines.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of current practices and processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management to provide support on external growth projects, including strategic partnerships and mergers and acquisitions.
  • Develop and implement plans to facilitate collaboration and coordination between central and local teams.
  • Monitor and track performance, ensuring that projects are on track to meet their objectives.
  • Ensure that decisions are properly executed and that meetings are productive and effective.

About You

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in project management and corporate development. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Master's degree in management or business disciplines.
  • Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken).
  • A hands-on, high-energy work ethic and a team player attitude.
  • Experience in coordinating multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Ability to influence across all levels of the organization and proven problem-solving, process improvement, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
