Key responsibilities include:
- Scoping and transforming projects into actionable milestones
- Developing strategic plans to deliver impactful results
- Nurturing existing relationships and identifying new opportunities
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive business objectives

Requirements:
- Min 5+ years in a strategic sales role, with experience working with high-level stakeholders
- Affinity with the learning & development landscape
- Experience handling complex solutions and managing longer sales cycles
- Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions
- Coaching team members, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in French and English
