Job Description

As a key member of a team comprising 15 engineers, you will enhance the construction oversight division under the supervision of the office manager, embodying the office's technical proficiency.

You will oversee the technical assessment of construction projects from the design phase through to final acceptance. Managing between 15 to 20 concurrent projects across diverse sectors (commercial, residential, office buildings, etc.), your duties will encompass:

  • Performing thorough technical evaluations of design documentation (including plans, calculations, construction specifics, and execution technical opinions)
  • Ensuring adherence to regulatory standards for buildings
  • Supervising the progress of construction and acceptance, coordinating with necessary specialists
  • Preparing essential documentation at each stage of the project
  • Addressing project-related disputes in collaboration with the legal team
  • Fostering strong client relationships to promote the growth of the office's business

Profile

We are looking for candidates with a degree in Civil Engineering (such as HEI, Polytech, ESTP, Les Mines...) or a related qualification at various levels (DUT/BTS, Bachelor's, Master's) and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a comparable position.

The ideal candidate will possess a consultancy mindset, robust technical expertise, knowledge of legal standards and best practices, along with exceptional communication and organizational skills.

A company vehicle will be provided for travel needs.
