Public Relations Coordinator/Front Desk Ambassador

Job Summary
Club Med is seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Public Relations Coordinator/Front Desk Agent to join our team in Asia. As a representative of our resort, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Mandarin/Japanese/Korean-speaking guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Club Med in a professional and diplomatic manner, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
- Manage arrivals and departures, including check-in and check-out processes.
- Operate the telephone switchboard and cash-box with accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop and implement sales promotion strategies to increase revenue.
- Organize and participate in cultural events tailored to the guest population.
- Translate information documents and notices to ensure effective communication.
- Deliver presentations and speeches to guests, promoting Club Med's services and events.
Requirements
- Professionalism, diplomacy, and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean, with English as a secondary language.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an asset.
