Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Mantu. As a key member of our office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting our Office Manager in various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Operations: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner.
- Administrative Support: Assist the Office Manager with tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to employees, clients, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming experience at our office.
- Communication: Maintain open communication with team members, management, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and the local language.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Administrative Skills: Proficiency in administrative software and tools, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Teamwork: Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and management.
