Job Summary
Lagardère Travel Retail is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and greet customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience
- Offer personalized product recommendations and advice to customers
- Process sales transactions and handle customer payments
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions
- Participate in visual merchandising and maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and promotions
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Education: Bac à Bac+2 in Commerce or related field
- Experience: 1-5 years of sales experience in a retail environment
- Skills: Strong commercial and interpersonal skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
