Digital Marketing Performance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Performance Manager to join our team at Pernod Ricard. As a key member of our Global Consumer Journey team, you will be responsible for driving the performance of our digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Define and monitor common digital marketing objectives (CDMO) for all Pernod Ricard affiliates, providing global direction and priorities in line with the group digital roadmap.
- Measure the results quarterly and provide strong insights and guidelines to improve through in-depth analytics across all topics.
- Be a transversal digital expert on all CDMO topics by working closely with each subject matter expert to drive overarching success and acceleration across the group.
- Drive performance marketing by monitoring accurately the success and business impact of digital marketing initiatives, including analysis of digital marketing campaigns, group Digital Use Cases, CRM, Web, Online Media performance, and omnichannel consumer path.
- Organize specific digital performance reviews with the digital community and support the evolution of Group Marketing Reporting tools, including creation of automated reporting and omnichannel analysis dashboards, maintenance and evolution of the group CRM Dashboard, and evolution of Website & Online Media Reporting tools.
- Drive consistent and impactful consumer activation mapping by designing a global Consumer Activation Map template for Brand and Market companies, embedding and upskilling brand and market companies on the template and process, and supporting affiliates in the delivery of their consumer activation maps, gathering feedback and continuously looking to improve and optimize the approach.
- Animate and upskill the digital & wider marketing community by upskilling the marketing organization with a performance mindset and the use of data-driven marketing, identifying and providing recommendations, best practices to improve marketing performance, supporting Brands and Markets in the advanced use of data-driven marketing, and coordinating and communicating regularly with the affiliates.
- At least 5 years' experience in marketing analytics on digital marketing and/or media functions in an international environment.
- Master's degree in marketing or business.
- Strong experience in web and analytical tools, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, CMS, Search Tools, and reporting BI.
- Advanced Excel and proven data interpretation skills.
- Understanding of key martech tools in CRM, Social/Media, and Search.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbally, with French and other languages advantageous.
- Strong business and results-driven mindset, with a strong appetite for analytics.
- Strong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to interact with multiple business and tech stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong understanding of digital channels and end-to-end reporting structures.
