Purchasing Assistant (M/F)Talents ADV-Supply is dedicated to recruiting professionals for positions in Commercial Support, Import/Export, Client Relations, Logistics, Transportation, Procurement, and Supply Chain Management.
We are currently seeking a PURCHASING ASSISTANT for a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee compliance with product regulations
- Assist procurement specialists in preparing bids with chosen vendors
- Place purchase orders with suppliers and confirm delivery
- Track quotes and orders with vendors
- Facilitate procurement requests for items under management
- Support procurement specialists in developing tailored product catalog pages in collaboration with the marketing department
- Input items into the internal database
- Help with annual pricing updates
- Manage price renewals
Proficient in Office applications, possessing strong interpersonal skills with internal teams, and experienced in order processing and vendor management.
