Strategic Account Executive for Gaming Industry

Are you ready to tackle the world's most complex business challenges with Data and AI? At Databricks, we're on a mission to empower businesses to make data-driven decisions. We're seeking a Strategic Account Executive to join our team in France and drive growth in the Gaming industry.
Your Mission:
- Develop a business plan with our team and ecosystem partners to accelerate customer success and exceed quarterly/annual usage and booking goals.
- Lead your team, customers, and partners to identify impactful big data and AI use cases and prove their value on the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
- Implement big data and AI transformation goals for your customers through strategic partnerships, professional services, training, and executive engagement.
- Gain a deep understanding of technical product details and roadmap to build trust with executives and business and technical champions.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience developing strong relationships with large global enterprises, managing virtual teams, and leading complex sales campaigns in major Gaming accounts.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in high-growth Enterprise software companies.
- Experience driving usage and commit-based engagement models and strategies with professional services and training teams.
- Ability to co-sell and scale business with Cloud Vendors and Global Solution Integrators.
- Experience co-developing business cases and gaining support from C-level Executives.
- Value-based selling expertise.
