Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison for professional clientele within the store, offering tailored product suggestions and support for their projects.
  • Oversee the organization and stock management of the store.
  • Enhance sales performance by fostering strong relationships with customers, coordinating store operations, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with product display standards.
  • Uphold cleanliness in the store and comply with safety protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of a 12 or 24-month training program in air conditioning and/or sales.
  • A collaborative team member with both technical and commercial expertise.
  • Proficient in utilizing digital tools.
