Our CIB TeamOur Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) team supports global investment banks, regional and domestic wholesale banks, market infrastructure, and institutional investors with strategic and operational issues. We help our clients address complex challenges, including position analysis and growth strategy, client coverage and organization, resourcing, performance and compensation, and risk and portfolio management.
Senior Consultant RoleWe are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our CIB team. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for shaping the problems we work on and developing specialized expertise that others will seek out. You will work closely with senior executives and top leaders of regional governments to develop sustainable strategies and cutting-edge policies for the top companies and governments in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Break down complex problems into discrete tasks and identify key aspects of a problem
- Direct the focus of junior consultants to those elements
- Develop and leverage sophisticated analyses to identify trends, draw conclusions, and present recommendations
- Work fluidly and respectfully with our talented team
- At least 3-7 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm or similar organization
- In-depth knowledge of the sector, either gained through experience in the industry or in other consultancy houses
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English and French language
- Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program
