About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Golf Supervisor to join our team at Club Med. As a Golf Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of golf instructors and providing exceptional golfing experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of golf instructors (1 to 10 assistants) and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Develop and implement golf programs and lessons for adults and children, including beginner and advanced group lessons.
- Organize and animate various sporting events and golf tournaments, ensuring a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Promote golf activities within the Village and contribute to the overall success of our golf operations.
Requirements
- Professional experience in golf instruction and management.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Fluent in English is mandatory, and speaking other languages is a plus.
