The OpportunityAs a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving the adoption of best practices to deliver an exceptional customer experience across all our online and offline touchpoints. You'll work closely with our regions to identify high-value business opportunities, resurface local best practices, and accelerate global roll-out by sharing playbooks, creating reusable assets, and animating taskforces.
Your Key Responsibilities- Partner with regions to identify high-value business opportunities in omnichannel commerce and services.

- Work with technology to create, maintain, and innovate a robust catalogue of high-impact omnichannel reusable features.
- Animate communities and foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with external technology providers to capture emerging trends in omnichannel.
- Customer-oriented, excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Exceptional business acumen and a strong track record of driving incremental business or customer experience in omnichannel or digital in-store/retail efficiency.
- Outstanding strategic thinking abilities with a strong 'doer' attitude.
- Experience working in product/tech organizations and driving reusability.
