Contentsquare, a leading digital analytics company, is seeking a Financial Analyst Apprentice to join our global Finance department based in Paris. As a Financial Analyst Apprentice, you will be responsible for account payable and general accounting for our group's subsidiaries in APAC and MEA region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account payable management, including allocation of supplier invoices to expense accounts using NetSuite software
- Creation and monitoring of virtual payment cards using Spendesk software
- Verification and validation of expenses using Concur software
- Setting up and monitoring payment schedules
- Support of the monthly closing of accounts
- Review of accruals and prepaid expenses during month end
- Checking the New Vendors creation & updates in Ivalua, the new purchase-to-pay tool
- Book bonus and commissions accruals
Requirements:
- Diploma in accounting from a French College or University
- Understanding of accounting and financial reporting practices in an international environment
- Confirmed Excel skills (xlookup, pivot tables...)
- Proficient in English & French, to be able to exchange with our subsidiaries abroad and our internal teams
- Adaptability, attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiatives in a growing environment
- Knowledge of Netsuite/Spendesk/Concur or experience in a shared services center would be a plus
