ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Burberry Limited. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for delivering world-class, luxury customer service to our global customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: Provide personalized, sensational experiences for our customers through accurate, appropriate, and personalized solutions that enhance brand loyalty.
  • Product Expertise: Demonstrate a genuine passion for the Burberry brand and product, using expert knowledge to encourage customers to personally experience the style, look, and quality of our products.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving: Use empathy and intuition to anticipate and understand customers' needs, persevering to resolve service or product-related issues with specialist after-sales knowledge.
  • Brand Advocacy: Be an enthusiastic advocate for the brand, using your knowledge to cultivate relationships that enhance brand loyalty and actively contribute to increased sales revenue.
  • Technical Skills: Utilize a range of systems and digital tools to ensure that relevant administration is completed and distributed appropriately, in line with departmental ways of working.
PERSONAL QUALITIES
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in one or more of the following languages: French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, or Mandarin.
  • Customer Focus: Demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering world-class customer service and a strong dedication to providing an outstanding customer experience.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Collaborate effectively within a team, demonstrating flexibility to work varying shifts as needed and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Problem-Solving and Initiative: Possess strong problem-solving abilities and a self-motivated attitude, taking initiative in identifying and addressing issues.
