We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Product Specialist to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our Design to Cost team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the competitiveness of our products in the tender phase and during project execution.
Key Responsibilities- Support technical business cases with relevant cost analysis
- Optimize Network Architecture to reduce costs
- Simplify interfaces with subsystems and schematics
- Support sourcing negotiation with suppliers
- Develop costing tools and methodologies
- Build cost training modules and promote cost culture within the company
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in electrical engineering and/or control/automation
- At least 2 years of experience in the control field in industry or other companies with product development stakes
- Railway industry knowledge is desirable
