Position Overview:
As the General Accounting Manager at Aiguillon Construction, you will take charge of leading the Accounting team and ensuring the financial health of the organization.
- Oversee a team of 3 Accountants and 3 Accounting Supervisors.
- Inspire and guide your team, promoting a culture of open communication and teamwork.
- Organize and manage the team's responsibilities to meet established goals.
- Supervise the accounting duties of the various entities under the company's management.
- Ensure adherence to internal protocols and manage tax submissions and auditor interactions.
Candidate Profile:
We seek a candidate with a strong financial background, excellent leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in managing successful teams. Expertise in general accounting, analytical accounting, budgeting, and tax legislation is essential.
