We are seeking a :

Principal (F/H)

Based in our Courbevoie offices

As a Principal, you will have the opportunity to cultivate business relationships and implement innovative, data-centric solutions with clients. Innovation is fundamental to RWS and this role.

You will engage with headquarters clients to develop comprehensive solutions that address global needs and meet payer evidence requirements, integrating IQVIA's diverse offerings, including primary and secondary data solutions.

Your understanding of both the technical aspects of late-phase studies/phase IV studies and market access strategies will enable you to partner effectively with clients, providing solutions that span from initial planning to execution and communication.

Principal Responsibilities

Strategic Development and Market Expansion

·Support the implementation of business vision and objectives while strategically developing our observational studies.

·Identify new avenues for integrated solutions.

·Establish and nurture relationships with external stakeholders to enhance IQVIA's market positioning and access to data.

·Contribute to the evolution of IQVIA's thought leadership.

Client Engagement and Project Management

·Consult with clients to thoroughly understand their requirements, crafting high-quality proposals that address these needs and leading project execution.

·Engage senior leaders at key accounts to promote IVA growth opportunities.

·Lead teams of RWS professionals in the design, development, and delivery of complex projects, ensuring they meet or exceed client expectations.

·Collaborate closely with cross-functional IQVIA teams to ensure comprehensive capabilities and solutions are delivered to clients.

Required Skills and Experience

·Proven leadership experience in healthcare, focusing on real-world evidence access and engagement with senior clients.

·A successful track record in driving HQ/global deals, coupled with relevant offerings development experience.

·An established network within the pharmaceutical industry, academia, and HTA organizations.

·In-depth knowledge of health technology assessment, health economic modeling, and evidence generation strategies.

·Strong understanding of the processes underlying payer evaluations and the factors influencing product development.

·Ability to advance complex ideas and engage multiple stakeholders towards decision-making.

·Experience managing teams to deliver high-quality client work.

·A history of thought leadership, publications, and public speaking engagements.

·Leadership experience in complex organizations, demonstrating results in aligning individuals without formal reporting structures.

·Solid understanding of prospective research methods, including Clinical Trials and Observational Research, as well as retrospective research methods involving healthcare database analyses.

·Proficient in Word and PowerPoint, with the ability to develop clear narratives and proposals.

·Familiarity with consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques.

·Deep commercial insight into the healthcare, health technology, and pharmaceutical sectors, gained through experience.

·Awareness of and interest in the international healthcare landscape, with direct experience across multiple countries.

·Fluency in both French and English, both verbal and written.
