Finance Business Controller

Mirakl, a leading platform economy company, is seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Controller to join its finance team. As a Finance Business Controller, you will be responsible for providing financial data and analysis to stakeholders, supporting decision-making, and driving business growth.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Act as HR Controller, responsible for regular and ad-hoc HR/People reporting, personnel, and forecast planning, budgetary controls, and compensation matters.
- Support the Chief People Officer in providing personnel cost and headcount planning, regular variance analysis, and forecasts.
- Establish well-defined and traceable business metrics and reporting to measure and manage HR performance.
- Support SG&A departments in forecasting, planning, and monthly reporting.
- Ensure coordination for consistency of analytical accounting/segmentation and monthly closing process for full P&L.
- Master's degree in Finance or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related fields.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Structured, organized, resourceful, and rigorous person.
- Team player with ability to partner cross-functionally in a growing global organization.
- Experience with process automation and advanced analytics tools.
- Strong business acumen and ability to partner effectively with various departments.
- Fluency in French and English required, with exposure to an international environment.
