Role Overview:
Our client, a leading biotechnology company, is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the qualification project for analytical equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, laboratory equipment, and quality control.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the qualification project for analytical equipment, ensuring alignment with managed technical assistance guidelines.
- Oversee and manage a team of consultants involved in the QC equipment qualification project.
- Coordinate and manage the delivery of the QC equipment qualification project, ensuring adherence to cost, quality, and deadline commitments.
- Ensure effective communication and involvement of various stakeholders.
- Organize and lead follow-up meetings with the client, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
Required Skills and Experience:
- Comprehensive project management experience across all phases and stages.
- Proficiency in project management tools, such as MS Project.
- In-depth knowledge of laboratory equipment and qualification requirements.
- Strong customer focus and results orientation.
- Leadership, autonomy, dynamism, resilience, problem-solving, listening, negotiation, exemplarity, organization, communication, initiative, and team spirit.
- Minimum of 5 years in project management, consulting, or the healthcare industry.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in the qualification and validation of laboratory equipment, including IQ/OQ/PQ protocol drafting and execution.
- Expertise in QC and technical knowledge of analytical equipment.
- Proficiency in professional English is essential.
- Bac +5 (Engineering degree or equivalent in project management).
Eligibility:
The ideal candidate must be eligible to work in the EU.
