Key Responsibilities- Mentor Business Leaders to identify key processes and backup plans, ensuring our organization is prepared for any eventuality.
- Prepare Business for Disruptions by developing and implementing effective business continuity plans, mitigating the impact of internal or external events.
- Develop Country-Specific Crisis Handbooks for our key markets, providing a comprehensive guide for emergency response and business recovery.
- Design and Implement Business Impact Analysis to identify critical functions and develop strategies for recovery and resilience.
- Collaborate with Functional Business Areas to develop and maintain a corporate-wide business continuity program, ensuring seamless business recovery and emergency response management.
- Master's Degree or Equivalent in a relevant field, such as business administration, risk management, or a related field.
- Risk Management Certifications, such as ISO 22301, ITIL, or equivalent, are highly desirable.
- 3+ Years of Business Continuity Management Experience, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective business continuity plans.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multi-country, multi-cultural environment.
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks, and develop effective solutions.
