Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Information Security Manager to join our team at Delta Consulting Company. As a Manager - Microsoft and Symantec DLP, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and compliance of our clients' data.
Key Responsibilities
- Policy Development and Implementation
- Design and implement DLP policies and rules to ensure coherence and consistency within the functional scope.
- Collaborate with the DLP Product Manager to ensure alignment with the Product Line Manager's strategy and guidelines.
- Product Delivery and Compliance
- Work with the product team to ensure delivery of DLP products that meet standards and operational requirements.
- Prioritize and manage the backlog to ensure functional consistency and operational run.
- Monitoring and Reporting
- Monitor the status of agents, servers, and users on the Symantec DLP platform.
- Perform monitoring activities on the EU DLP platform.
- Team Collaboration
- Participate in the Delta Digital Fund Industry club to share expertise and best practices.
- Provide support to colleagues when expertise is required.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with specific expertise in Microsoft and Symantec DLP technologies.
- Strong skills in designing DLP policies and rules.
- Ability to monitor and track DLP platforms.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate product vision and interact with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and continuous improvement processes.
- License or Master qualification in Computer Science or equivalent.
- English and French are mandatory; an additional language is considered an advantage.
