About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Manager to join our team at IMPACT Sales & Marketing. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of project coordinators and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and other project stakeholders, to ensure their needs are met and expectations are managed.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects to ensure they are delivered without major issues.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that projects are delivered to the required quality standards, including compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, including experience with project management tools and methodologies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
