We are seeking a Design Director to spearhead, manage, and deliver exceptional retail design initiatives. You will oversee multiple projects from conception to completion, ensuring that the quality aligns with our agency's high standards. As a pivotal leader, you will inspire your teams to generate outstanding creative concepts.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee multiple projects concurrently, from initial design through to final delivery.
- Ensure the excellence of creative output.
- Develop strategies and concepts for brands/projects based on client briefs.
- Synthesize ideas and drive the creative direction of projects.
- Mentor and guide your team throughout the design project lifecycle.
- Manage project budgets, resources, deliverables, and timelines.
- Collaborate with the Account Manager to ensure project profitability.
- Lead a diverse creative team, including junior and senior designers, 3D designers, architects, and art directors.
- Recruit, train, and nurture your team’s development.
- Contribute to the agency's commercial growth.
- Master’s degree in Design, Interior Design, or Architecture.
- Over 8 years of experience in a similar role within a creative agency.
- Charismatic, innovative, and deeply passionate about design and retail.
- Comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, new concepts, and global design practices.
- Proven experience in managing client relationships to advance projects and secure client approval.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and elevate a creative team.
- Bilingual in English; proficiency in another language is advantageous.
- Highly organized with excellent presentation skills, comfortable defending your ideas to clients.
