About the Position:

We are currently in search of **Operator Setters (H/F)** for our esteemed client located in CUSTINES.

As an integral member of the aluminum can production team, you will be part of a company that collaborates with leading beverage brands.

This role operates on a **5*8 schedule** with a structured annual plan. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring the production line
  • Identifying and resolving operational issues
  • Adjusting machinery settings
  • Conducting routine equipment maintenance

Your compensation package is competitive, featuring an hourly wage of **11.65 EUR**, a monthly **5*8 bonus** of **400 EUR**, as well as biannual bonuses, meal allowances, night shift premiums, travel reimbursements, and additional benefits.

You will also have the opportunity to establish a **Time Savings Account (CET)**.
